We at Ellish Wear are committed to ensuring you have a great shopping experience. While we are happy to provide a one-time replacement or exchange if your product doesn’t fit or meet expectations.

• Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
No exchange on discounted products.
Size exchange only, subject to availability.
Courier charges for size exchange will be borne by the customer.

 

🔁 Replacement Policy Highlights

  • No returns or refunds – only product replacement is allowed.

  • You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Replacement is applicable only once per order.

  • The product must be in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for replacement unless there's a manufacturing defect or error from our end.


🚚 How Replacement Works

  1. Request a Replacement:
    Contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

  2. Pickup or Self-Ship:

    • If our courier partner supports pickup in your area, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 days.

    • If reverse pickup is not available, please self-ship the product to us. We’ll share the shipping address once your replacement is confirmed.

  3. Once we receive the original item, we will process your replacement and ship the new item within 2–3 working days.


⚠️ Important Guidelines

  • Only products above ₹5000 are eligible for free reverse pickup.

  • For items priced below ₹5000, customers must self-ship or pay for return shipping.

  • Courier charges for size exchange will be borne by the customer.

  • Size or product can be exchanged once only

  • No replacement will be accepted if :

    • The product is used, washed, or damaged.

    • Tags or packaging are missing.

    • The item is custom-made (unless there's a defect).


❗ Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately.
Do not accept packages that are open, unsealed, or look tampered with.
